Do you think it is important to keep doing those things to keep your “loved one”?  Would you agree that love has no age limits, but, believe it is wise to integrate “age-appropriate” tricks into your bag? 

What would you consider an integrated action that would work for all ages?  Do you believe that one of the greatest needs of a human being is to be recognized?  Do you suppose that is a life-long need?  How do you continue to be creative to ensure that need is met?   

Would you consider what your “special one” does for a hobby, a living, or likes to eat?  Do you know their favorite color?  Could you include that in some special way each week?  Do you think a favorite color changes over time?  If so, what was your favorite color and have you changed in time?  Do you offer the same thing day-in-and-day-out to your loved one?   Is it time to integrate with your loved one’s likes, so, you remain the one who your loved one can joyfully say “You color my world!”

As a subscribed member to Mark Hamilton’s Neothink® Society, I have in my home library one of the most wonderful books I have ever read.  I love to read books; one year I set out to read 500 books and I did just that.   Most of those books were Science Fiction because I am intrigued with the sciences. 

There is a book authored by Mark Hamilton titled, Miss Annabelle’s Secrets.  This book is one of the most beautiful writings I have ever read; it provides a vision that is all encompassing in favor of the persistence of life and the future of mankind.  To set the stage for this fascinating topic of, “Science Technology in the Field of Medicine, Making Life Wonderful Again,” I want you to read this very brief excerpt from Miss Annabelle’s Secrets. 

Excerpt from page 703, large Heirloom, paragraph 3:

“The medical industry is now the phenomenon the computer industry once was.  In fact, I feel certain that the medical ‘garage’ entrepreneurs and their many approaches’ in bio-engineering, genetics, and nanotechnology will obsolete the need for…” and You will have to get the book, Miss Annabelle’s Secrets to learn the next word in that exciting paragraph! 

As I read a recent article from National Geographic pertaining to technological advances in the medical industry in the areas of Bionics, I came to a sometimes elusive realization that today we are seeing the advances in the fields of medicine that were written about by Mark Hamilton a decade ago.   And the Annabelle story referenced the possibility of future advancements to the medical industry once the changes in government regulations took place as a result of the Prime Law Amendment.   I have now come to a new realization due to a recent article I read in National Geographic Sciences… 

“The Future Is Here!” It comes to the medical sciences industry today in the form of Bionics… 

 The Etymology or breakdown in the word origin of bionics comes from, bi (as in “life”) + onics (as in electronics”); therefore bionics is the study of mechanical systems that function like living organisms or parts of living organisms. 

I came upon this article about a woman who has been able to live a quality life due to the scientific advancements of bionics to the field of medicine.   The arm displayed here is actually connected through electrodes to the patient’s neuron-nerve function network allowing the bionic arm to move in much the same way as any normal arm would, with brain wave messaging movement to various limbs through the Neuro-Network. 

From the shoulders to the tips of the fingers, the human arm has 22 points of motion.  Nerves within the brain carry out these movement instructions from bursts of brainwave synapses energy charges sent from first, the brain, then to the spinal cord, and finally to the muscles within the arm.  

How it Works… 

The current and readily available prosthesis, “The Pincer-Hand Prosthesis” provides the ability for three arm movements.  These movements occur when the patient moves levers on a chest worn harness.  These levers are connected to cables which in-turn moves specific parts of this type of prosthesis.  

This provides an amputee with some functionality, however the new, “Modular Prosthetic Limb,” provides up to 22 movements of the arm. These advancements in the bionics field of medicine allow this model to connect directly to the patients nerves, and then send the brains commands to the electrode arrays which are implanted in the residual nerves of the patient. 

There is a computer chip on each of these arrays which sends data wirelessly to a receiver on the skin.  This receiver is connected by wires to another chip that decodes the command and wires it to the limb controller in the palm of the prosthetic; this sets the mobility motors within the prosthetic into motion causing the limb to move.

Bionic Arm from the January 2010 Edition of National Geographic

 1. This e-magazine is a professional publication. Most of us are not professionals, so we have to start somewhere. As a whole there are a number of factors we have to keep in mind when we edit: spelling, grammar, sentence structure are important. However, content, context, and clarity are what will make an article or storyline stand out from other less well executed material. We do have to pay attention to the finer details of writing. All of us have written our own material, and thus have experience in this way that can help us see another’s writing in a light that non-writers would not be able to glimpse. An experienced editor can always tell who is a professional and who is not, and who has “promise”, or the seed of genius that will involve their readers and will make more money for their magazine or press. We also have to keep some of this in mind.

 2. All editing that will be done is valuable and necessary, so always focus on the piece of writing that is your responsibility to edit. It is true that editing can be done in steps, ie. going over the material for spelling errors, or sentence structure, or grammar, or anything that needs to be spotted that needs some correction. It may be that approaching the material as a beginning editor might seem to be a daunting task if taken as a whole, and it may seem to be easier to break it down into steps. If you think about it, it actually may be easier to break it down sentence by sentence, then paragraph by paragraph, looking to see if all the aspects are in order, taken as a whole piece of writing as you progress through the material, looking for all the basics along with clarity of thinking in context. In actuality, it does literally shorten the time needed to edit in the long run, since you will learn the art of editing more thoroughly and will really learn to comprehend what is behind the intent of the writer.

 3. There is an additional responsibility an editor accepts: If the need arises, the editor may reject a piece or call for a rewrite to clarify a “fuzzy” area that is not yielding the clarity needed to be understood by a reader. The aspects of the writing may be loosely knitted together, and needs to be “tightened up” to increase the dynamism or momentum of the piece for more impact. This will come with practice. When/If something does not hang together well, the editor sends it back for either a rewrite or for some entirely new writing to expand or contract what is seen. A professional editor sees multiple submissions in a day, and competition for acceptance is high, since only so much material can be accepted to be used or held back as a pool from which future editions will be taken. The writer does need to know how soon a submission may be given to another source if not used by the present publication. The writer may also state that multiple submissions are being made, which may not be acceptible to an editor under Press policy. This depends on the publication’s guidelines and the writer’s desires, as per negotiation if policy is open to this.

 4. Some things to consider concerning rejection or rewrite: Many writers, aspiring to become professional, have a stack of rejections. Ask any professional, depending on whether it is an article or a book manuscript. It can take months, possibly years with a book manuscript, and multiple submissions to various magazines or Presses to be accepted for publication. Then comes the series of rewrites before an editor is satisfied with the final draft. This is what makes it difficult to break into becoming a successful writer. There are many many aspiring writers “out there”, and fewer successful writers when it comes to assessing the “numbers”. Here is where

MIND-SNAP is different. The “playing field” is leveled in this Neothink Society. Every writer and poet has a better chance at becoming successful here than in the anticivilization. However, even here, with the assistance of the Writers/Poets Essence Team the new writer still has to create an intriguing piece of writing to be accepted for publication. Professional editors often seem “cold and uncaring” to a new writer with no note of encouragement accompanying a rejection slip. I would encourage our editors to proceed with heart and respect for the individual who is striving to become the best writer he/she can be!

 5. Writers do not know, when they are begining,  what they don’t know, so any tips and assistance that will help them to become better writers is importance in our Society. Any insight that will help open up their writing into a full-fledged rendering that will strengthen their writing and involve the reader in living it is appreciated by the writer and this Society. The context of environment, the imagination in construction and the dynamism of emotion and interior contemplation which brings richness in depth is important in a creative piece or in a book, unless it is a professional area of expertise that is factual and already resides within certain guidelines according to the profession. The biggest criteria is: Does it involve the reader’s attention to completion of reading it? All submitting writers need to be open to rejection, critique, and rewrites if necessary.

 6. All writers need this challenge to improve. From the editor’s side, this is not a “challenge”, but from the writer’s side comments on their writing may “hurt” since writers are quite sensitive people and have already put their heart into what they have written, and consider it the best of themselves=therefore it is considered by the writer as a challenge in that sense. It is really a challenge to improve toward excellence! We have to be in the mind-set of openness to accept what others offer to us about our writing, and with that courage just go for plumbing ourselves further down in our depths to reach those more sensitive and meaningful layers of ourselves. The more open and honest these are, the more will pour out into our writing.

 7. All editors have their style…Alot of editors take a look at a few pages of a manuscript, and just send it back to the writer. Many read it through for content and impact that it shows if they consider it worth reading, making notes if they find they want to work with the writer & it is a valuable article or book from someone who has alot going for them. Some  editors do it in blocks/getting the jist of it, but ALL look to tear it apart where it needs it in order to improve it or see if the writer responds to improving the writing. It depends somewhat if this is a magazine, or a Press that accepts all kinds of writing to even novels. We are a Press, so more will be required of us. We are also beginning Neothinkers, so more will also be required of us because of this. All beginning editors will become confident in their skills as they gain experience over time. Clarity of concept in context to make a whole big picture is significant as Neothinkers. Our skills will improve as we become more emboldened through our own evolution in Consciousness, which can come to see all, know all, within our own Essence. Our own writing will show this progression!

 8. Yes, I do see that Genius within us and within many of our writers in the Essence Team. We are works in progess, and so is our writing. As we improve, so will our writing. We have to get that ingrained within us…At the most, we are in the trenches=this is the most important step we have taken. A number of good writers are in our Society, and I can see they have IT. But few have not yet claimed IT, nor entered the trenches, seeking toward excellence. Just one example: On the boards, how many times have you seen members say they want to write? Yet we have not had most of them contact us, and most of the time (almost all of the time) we never see any more examples in posts of them furthering their desire. All of this speaks for itself. Now, we as writers have progressed to editors! We also have to claim it! This is our challenge…NOW.

 9. When the InBox is full of submissions, it is a filter to read through all to see what you glean from the mass. Then pick out the obvious rejections, and select the best submission with which to begin your editing. Continue on until the e-magazine is suffused with material. Get with the Editing Team to select the best and better submissions, and here is where you can start! This is the most efficient method.

 10. One last observation: The absolute last thing I want to do is to discourage or appear to put down any writer! or cause anyone to feel depressed about their writing ability. Some professional editors are literally brutal in their critiques to a one of multiple submissions they receive. They do not know the writer, only looking at their writing, and do not have time for the subtleties of encouragement. I hope we editors are compassionate enough to be clear and to the point, yet not be in that realm of brutalizing our writers. We do have to look at things from the reader’s standpoint, since this is a part of our profession, our earning our living $ wise. So alot of responsibility lies with us.

 I’m sure a more accomplished editor would have more to say, but I do wish all the new editors my Best Wishes in our work, since I am one of us. I would predict that within 6 months or less, you will not recognize yourselves as editors or even the writers you are today!

Why would we have decided that we need a minimum wage?  Does it work so an employer doesn’t’ have to figure out on their own what you are worth?  Can they claim, “You make minimum wages to start…” and the raises rarely come.  How can the government decide what you are worth?  Who the heck is the ruler… is it really the Companies that first “stuck you in the corner”? 

A corner on the market is used to describe a way to get ahead in life.  If you have a product, and, it is of value to someone, they will purchase it.  If they like it well enough, they will recommend it to a friend, and, pretty soon you might have the “corner on the market” compared to your competition.  Speaking of competition, is it really competition to compare to a faulty product that costs less?   

Do you think the services government provides are inferior or superior?  What services do they provide to you?  Could you purchase them from a market-driven business for less? 

Do you ever wonder where your money goes, when you have never taken one red-cent from the government?  Did your parent justify, when you got your first paycheck, “Those taxes are okay because Grandpa Charlie never paid in, so, we make-up for it now!”  If, you gave your romantic partner a paycheck, twice a month, for the rest of your life, I bet you would have a happier, more loving relationship.  You would most likely feel the pride of sharing and caring and would not be contributing to your neighbor’s pregnant teen daughter who proudly claims she is the 2nd generation to accept college grants, as she smiles with a mouth full of braces.  Are you ready to embrace your new power?

It is our very minds which work against us during these times of emotional insecurity with regard to our self doubt when we believe the negativities of what our minds are telling us.   Things said like, “You are not good enough”, “You are wrong”, “You can’t do it”; coming from within our own thought processes, or from outsiders do not help when we come into contact with others which also are allowing their primitive ideals to direct their attitudes towards us or others.   Yes, it really does not help when people that we look to for love, compassion, and understanding choose to also follow the self defeating mindset of insecure and doubtful thoughts towards us as they listen to the inner voice of judgment and rejection towards us coming from those voices inside their heads.

The Anti-Civilization, with its white collar hoax continually turns the beauty of what is true and pure in our beings into that which is tainted.  This is not love and compassion and I will give you an example of why love and compassion are the most important skills we need to develop within ourselves and towards each other.  Fact One:  All people grow and become enriched in their lives when they are encouraged by the love and acceptance which they receive from one another…This is Man’s Humanity to Man.   It is the ability to Love One Another…the most important lesson in life. 

Yesterday I said this, “I just don’t want to continue living like this!”   To be fair, let me set the scenario.   I was discussing how the government had for the past 19 years caused me to restrict my earning potential and live very close to the poverty line because the SSI Administration considered my earnings as those of my disabled son, a Medical recipient; therefore if I earned more that $2000.00 per month he would loose medical coverage….something I could not afford as he is a multi disabled individual.   I love the section in the Miss Annabelle story where Ms. Sally is doing everything possible to save the lives of many; where the whole societal conception is one of prolonging life for the purpose of living.     Even as Ms. Sally cried when the children held their mother in their arms as she died needlessly; so did I cry reading this and remembering when I too held someone in my arms in love as I watched them slowly slip into the mortality of death.    Now let’s look at what I said, “I just don’t want to continue living like this.”  If you take this in context to the topic of discussion, “living under unfair mandates from the SSI Administration” it makes sense.

However, the Anti-Civilization mindset, (one not governed with love and compassion, being deep rooted in promoting deception for personal gain), would think judgmentally something like, “This person most simply does not understand the purpose, and value of life.”   You see this judgment of my statement does two things.

When this happens the third outcome is separation, for the act of judgment immediately separates the judge from those being judged…this cancels out the power of love, understanding, and compassion.  I recently heard a person say this about Teddy Kennedy’s recent passing, quote,   “Since he spent so much time regulating our lives, good riddance, now we don’t have to deal with him.” I had not expected this to come from a person that values life.  After reading the Miss Annabelle story; should we ever really say “Good Riddance” to a life that has passed away, knowing that a living life is the most valuable thing on the planet?  Now, it is these types of statements that do not support the value of the living person.  In fact as these types of un-loving statements occur, they create a negative vibration of uncertainty and doubt in the belief that the person is truly loved. This becomes the emotional scaring of our lives throughout time as these negativities do not support the inspiration for the joy of living.   Human beings have a difficult time feeling love for themselves when they are judged and rejected by those for whom they seek love and acceptance. 

We all must first love ourselves, by dealing with the truths about what is going on in our hearts, minds, and especially within our emotional state.  We must do this without condemning ourselves because self-condemnation is not an attribute of love and acceptance…it undermines our happiness.  Do you take time to review your attitudes, instead of just listening to the subjective voices in your head when you find yourself having negative thoughts towards another?  Do you take the time to consider the impact on others that your words may have?  I also heard a statement of, “When the school systems are corrected, there will be in no more gays in the classrooms presenting their viewpoints”.   Now, this also is a statement which isolates and separates one individual from the love and acceptance of their peers.   These are the judgments which are generated within a mind that is hearing the dogma of prejudice within our wounded societal consciousness….This is the opposite of love.   I remember a parable of one of my female heroes, Mary Magdalene, who in the face of her peer group condemnation, being condemned, even to the point of her death, washed the feet of Jesus with her tears as she thanked him for his love of her despite the path her life had taken.   So to those that would condemn her Jesus said, “Which of you is without sin, cast the first stone.” 

There is a purpose in life that brings to all the ability to live as immortal gods; it is the purpose of love for one another and that of loving life itself.  How can we do this if we are constantly being judged by those that choose not to love and accept who we are?  The more we love one another the higher levels of consciousness we develop within ourselves.  From this higher level of consciousness we continue to grow and become the god men and woman that we are born to be.   The greatest creation is life; and the greatest purpose in life is to do those things which constantly generate more and more life giving love and acceptance to all we meet.   Take the hand of the little child, both the one within you and those without; love and accept them and you will be truly bringing value and joy to those you meet.

Thoughts and Visions Will Guide You

While knowing it’s true meaning, twenty years later, an opportunity opened up for I can share it with the world.

Fences are meant to represent security from that which is outside of our property.

When I sit on the fence in my back yard, I do so because that is the only way to see the mountains and the sky.   When I look beyond that which contains me I can dream of a better vision for my life. 

In the United States, our borders are surrounded with fences which are designed keep outsiders out.  By doing this we are to feel that we are secure within our borders.  But to me it seems that these fences simply keep the American people held within those restrictions and regulations which have now placed these fences in our way, preventing us in so many ways from living up to our full potential in life. 

 Today, with the miss-guided mindset that is our governmental establishment, our borders and these fences have become the suppressions of our lives that attempt to prevent us from living in, and finding true life exploration towards prosperity and happiness….we must stay within the framework as dictated within these governmental boundaries in order to feel secure within our borders.  This is what we are told as more and more fences go up bringing more and more restrictions to our life. 

However, the fence of over taxation threatens that feeling of security as we struggle to support our families in these tough economic times.  The fence of political regulations which prevent free market economic exploration for the betterment of our population prevents us from feeling secure that our medical industry will be able to heal our illnesses and our wounds. 

FDA regulations attempt to tell us what is good for us regardless of whether we agree or not.   Today our fences have become the prisons which prevent us from enjoying the view beyond the limitations within our fenced-in borders.  Many people say, “Love It, Or Leave It”; how can you love something that is attempting to segregate you from life?  How can you love something that is hurting you?  How can you love an entity that rejects you by segregating your viewpoint in an attempt to place it in a small little fenced in box of restrictions? 

If we find ourselves on the fence….let it be because we are climbing up to see the view beyond these restrictions… 

Beyond the fence of suppression and societal oppressions are the beautiful imaginations of the inventor, the small business men and women that can see a vision of prosperity for America within our borders.  These free American thinkers have climbed over into a New America, one that offers hope, truth, freedom, and over-whelming compassion for all through equality and ethical decision making on behalf of the American people. 

Instead, for the American People in our day, so many decisions that affect our lives are being made for us as presented by various Lobbyist organizations within our government.   The decisions made behind the closed doors of the House and Congress continues to put up more and more fences which restrict the American People and their lives.  

This is Not a Government Model of TRUE FREEDOM for America Today!
